I would tell them that the perception is how we see and interpret things and sensation is how we preceive smells or things we feel. I think it is interesting how the brain works and seems to interpret things. I changes how i think because now you can take a second look at things and try to view them a different way that is not how you usually see things. The article i read was about how we only focus on one thing that is clearly perceived but our periphrial vision is blurred out and we just get a hint of whats going on. This is important to how we see things because we have to turn our attension to a single thing and we can not clearly see two things at once. If we play sports we can somewhat see a base runner if your a pitcher but it is not clearly seen and is very blurred.

I learned that it was not totally different back then, but there was some differences. Then they didnt have as much focus on school as much as today, we have more homework and are tought in preperation for college. I would not have liked it as much then because you would have to work on the farm and then there was more respect for people, but you could get away with alot if you really wanted to back then. I agree with what the video was saying and we all have to go through the same things and deal with it, being either a parent or a kid. I enjoyed my adolences and my parents are never really on my case but thats because im not that bad of a kid besides a few minor tickets but i have a 3.5 gpa and compared to my brother they cant really complain but they still do. I am very shy so i dont think that im going to be very good as an adult at first but will deal with it. In chapter 4 i learned how different other cultures are from us just based on greetings and how we think that some ways they greet is very weird. In chapter 5 i learned the base on which younger kids pick up on things and the way they think is funny.

In this chapter i learned the difference between fraternal and identical twins and i thought that was interesting to know how different ways that we develope and how twins are made. I learned the about nature and nurture which i think that they both have equal effects on the way we grow up. Also that natural selection is like how animals mate and how it relates to us in some ways.
